My last post for this year...

I'll be having my interns next sem....

I'll be working from the 4th oct till 31st dec

at Oriental Food Industries

Ayer Keroh, Melaka...

I'll be spending more than 3 months here....

with the guy in white in the middle behind the birthday gal..

my senior yee sheng doing biochem too^^

and the guy wearing white sleeves shirt at the front row..

hien fuh he's from biotech

hopefully this two gor gor will treat me well...

hopefully my supervisor cik mastura will be a superrrrrrrr nice lady...

hopefully i will make the best out it and enjoy every moment in this company^^

toilet concept restaurant...

i had this for lunch...

21/8- After my last test for this sem...i went for dinner at dong hai with my lovely coursemates...

At midnight we celebrated alex yee wei's 21st birthday...

Happy birthday to you with full of love from all of us!!!

After hardly any time left to sleep...and the electricity was shut down for four hours due to maintanence ah yan and i quickly rush our reports..

then we left at four something in the morning to ktm station...

thank you soon leong gor gor for fetching us there...

anyway i have sat on a bullet train in japan before...

i have sat on the eurostar in europe before...

i have sat trains in korea, in china, in new zealand..in all over the world...

but on 22/8 is the first time in my life i board a ktm!!!

to many ppl is NOTHING...

but to me this is SOMETHING...

hahahhaa..i had the same feelings in me when i first board a plane years ago...

i thank ah yan for guiding me =)

we reach there pretty early...took our breakfast at kl sentral...

then we took another ktm train to ukm...

i met up with sook peng there while ah yan meet up with her own fren..

i left with sook peng to sg.wang..

from there we went to sooooo many places...

i walk, eat and play like there is no tomorrow...

i reached kampar at midnight...

dead tire..but i have a freakinggg fun and lovely day^^

Some random stuffs bout my studies for this sem...I simplified it so that it'll not look too scientific..

this is the induction of root...

we culture it using some nutrients medium with growth regulators...

from merely a piece of small leaf or stem

it will turn into this marvelous piece of art..

or it can get contaminated which always happen to noobies like us~

this is the bacteria cells observed under the microscope...

my lovely genetics lecturer and us^^

plants that we cultured...

dissected fruit fly larvae...

looks marvelous but the process is disgusting..

gel electrophoresis...

a process where we determine our DNA and protein

molecular weight....

i used the device bellow for countless time and still hate it =P...

molecular biology lecturer and us=)

plant tissue...the red leaves cut into pieces...

this is where we do our plant and animal tissue culture....

thats basically what i did this sem...

three weekly lab sessions with reports pilling...

Anyway I am glad its coming to an end...

I seriously need a break...

I'll be going with ah yan this coming sunday for a day trip to kl for some fun^^

I'll be back to malacca next week with jiamin for almost a week...hehehehehe...

Ohhhh...I can't wait~

If you know me well you 'll realise that birthdays to me is a very special celebration...

I got very excited when there is a birthday coming..

Though its not mine..

In my life I always thought that on a person's birthday he/she suppose to be happy,suprise and grateful..

It should be a day of singing, gathering and full of companion and joy...

But after a short talk with jiamin the other day...

I realised I was wrong...very wrong indeed...

On one's birthday there need not to be a bunch of friends there singing and clapping their hands to you..

Especially when the ppl who is singing and clapping aren't really close to you...

There need not to be the blowing cake and making the wish thingy...

It is in fact a day where the person whose birthday suppose to choose what he/she wants to do on that day and who to celebrate with...

There is no need for a suprise planning and inviting a whole bunch of ppl over...

Its no need for so much of an effort when in the end

I am the one who is happy instead of the person who is celebrating..

Now when i look at it..Birthdays disgust me...

I have interpret wrongly the whole concept of this ocassion..

It should be a day...

where he/she do what they love to do...

after all its YOUR day...

not OURS...
